Welcome to Texas Shooters Supply. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Firearm Purchase Requirements

You must be a legally eligible U.S. citizen or permanent resident to purchase firearms, ammunition, or restricted tactical components. By placing an order, you certify that:

• You are at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles, shotguns, or rifle ammunition.
• You are at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, receiver platforms, or handgun ammunition.
• You are not legally prohibited under federal, state, or local law from possessing or receiving firearms or ammunition.

2. Federal Firearms License (FFL) Delivery

All complete firearms, lower receivers, and serialized components must be shipped directly to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Texas Shooters Supply will not ship firearms directly to residential addresses.

3. Legal Compliance & State Restrictions

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any item ordered—including high-capacity magazines, AR-15 pistols, and Draco variants—is legal to import, possess, and own in your specific state, county, and municipality.

4. Order Cancellations & Modification

Orders submitted for processing immediately enter inventory staging. Cancellations requested prior to shipment may be subject to a standard restocking and administrative processing fee.
