Refunds & Returns Policy

At Texas Shooters Supply, we maintain strict safety standards for all firearms, ammunition, and custom hardware. Please review our return policies prior to placing your order.

1. Firearm Returns & FFL Inspections

Crucial Notice: Please thoroughly inspect your firearm at your chosen FFL dealer prior to completing Form 4473 and accepting transfer.

• If you discover a defect or discrepancy, DO NOT accept the transfer. Leave the firearm with your dealer and contact us immediately.
• Once Form 4473 is executed and the firearm is transferred into your possession, the firearm is considered used and cannot be returned to Texas Shooters Supply. Any warranty claims post-transfer must be handled via the original manufacturer.

2. Non-Firearm Returns (Parts, Accessories & Gear)

Unopened, unused accessories, optics, and handguards in original factory packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, minus shipping costs and a standard 15% restocking fee.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, liability, and regulatory compliance, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Ammunition & Reloading components.
• Customized or modified firearm components.
• Clearance, factory second, or special sale items.
